Mr. Lunsford made a promise to himself to build Lunsford Investments.
The Promise , did not just stop their , he promised to grow his Company.
One night Mr.Lunsford could not sleep . He was rolling in his bed. His mind was running in hundred different directions. " He asked what am I doing with my life" ? Thoughts was to strong . So , got up and then made a pot coffee. Then turned on his labtop , Mr.Lunsford was not surfing the WEB, he was searching for something.
And then the he found it. " Berchshire Hathaway , and what is their Business and how did they start ? So , then it hit him. " I know am I not Warren Buffet , and in fact there will never be another person that could take his place in this world.
However, I can I start my own " Holding Company ". Hmmm but how do I start ? Hmmm let me look into opening up a Etrade account , I have to buy stock to start , Right ? Wow Etrade wanted a lot of capital to start. Well lets look at Scottrade . They want a good amount of funds to start aswell.
Almost every company wanted a lot of cash to start. The hope seems to fade aaway. Until , Mr. Lunsford found ING ShareBuilder . ING allows you start with very little funds.
So , Mr. Lunsford signed up . Dropped some money into it and placed a order of stock. WWE stock. Wow that was easy. Now , lets look into other Companies and see if they are good to Invest in.
And that is how , Mr. Lunsford started Lunsford Investments. That was the first step to the PROMISE. Second step was to do research and how to start the Business , of being a holding Company.
Then one day , he saw a Ad show up on his Blog's , and was LegalZoom. HMMM
lets just click on it and see what they offer. There it was , " you want to start a Business , Legalzoom can help you. Wow , I struck Gold so he thought.
But , Legalzoom, wanted $124 to fill for a DBA. Man , that sounds good. Then he ran across another company that stated they could help you get your DBA for only $67. Hmmmm why the are they cheaper.
Filling FEE's !!!
Legalzoom wanted $99.00 for filling fee's. The other company wanted $39.00 for fee's. Wow , Lunsford did not want to cut into the Capital that he set aside for his stocks. So , he noticed that the Oklahoma Filling fee was only $25.00 . Hmmm , lets just call up the State Secretary Office. Yes , only $25.00 , sorry Legalzoom. I can do it myself. Even if your paper work looks so nice. But , I believe I can buy a nice Folder and the other stuff for the DBA. However , when I set-up my Business Trust , on that I am calling you for that.
Step three was just filling out the paper work. And mailed it back to the State.
That started the Promise. Now , a new promise to stay in Business. Mr. Lunsford work hard to Build Lunsford Investments. To fulfill his Promise.
